Hog Wild Bar-B-Q is Riverview's oldest and best barbecue pit. We cook barbecue

the proper way: low and slow over hardwood coals. We make our own sauces. We make our own sides. It's this attention to detail that have made Hog Wild Bar-B-Q the most renowned barbecue pit in the county.

Hog Wild Bar-B-Q has been catering parties, luncheons, meetings – you name it – for years. We've never left anyone disappointed.

We have four types of service to choose from:

1. “Customer Pick-Up”. We cook it at the store and you come and get it at the time of your choosing.
2. “Delivery”. We cook it at our store and then deliver it to your site for you to
serve and enjoy.
3. “Deliver and Serve”. We cook it at our store, deliver it to your location and then take care of serving your guests for you.
4. “On-Site Cooking”. We arrive hours ahead of time at your location with our mobile barbecue pit and cook the meat at your location. We also serve your guests.

#1 Bourbon-basted Pork

Slow smoked, melt-in-your-mouth “pulled” pork barbecue, cooked for 3 to 5

The original barbecue. We come to your site and slow roast an entire hog for your

guests. They'll swoon over the wafting aroma of wood smoke and roasted pork! Please note that we must have access to an on-site area for up to 14 hours prior to meal-time, and we have a limit of 100 people.
